By decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Tigran Seyranyan has been recalled from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine.
As reported by the Department of Public Relations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia, by another decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, Vladimir Karapetyan has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine for a term of three years (residence: Kyiv).
