Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov has commented on the statements of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that “Artsakh is Armenia.”
“I think that we, the military, should not take part in that debate. Our job is to fight. We say our word on the battlefield, and we dream of that. And it will come true in the near future. Then we will see whether he is responsible for his words or not. I think our Foreign Ministry has given him a fitting response. Even Armenia does not officially recognize Karabakh, they are only engaged in empty talk,” the Defense Minister stressed, according to Azerbaijani media outlets.
