The decision on making changes and additions to the Commandant’s decision N 27 of 31 March 2020 has been published.
“Guided by the Government of the Republic of Armenia’s decision N 298-N of 16 March 2020 ‘On declaring a state of emergency in the Republic of Armenia’, the following changes and additions shall be made to the Commandant’s decision N 27 of 31 March 2020 ‘On restrictions applied throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia conditioned by the legal regime of the state of emergency’:
1. Point 5 of Annex N 1 shall be edited with the following content: ‘5. Exceptions to point 1 of this annex shall be:
1) Visiting places of trade located at a distance of no more than 500 metres in urban settlements, and no more than 1 kilometre in rural settlements, from the place of residence, self-isolation or work, as permitted by Annex N 2, as well as points of trade operating outside them.
2) Engaging in physical exercise or cycling at a distance of no more than 1 kilometre from the place of residence.
3) Taking a walk at a distance of no more than 1 kilometre from the place of residence, with no more than 2 adults or with family members.
5.1. In the cases defined by point 5, it is necessary to have a form filled out by paper or telephone application containing the information defined by Form 2 of this annex, as well as an identity document’:
