One of the 115 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Armenia has been recorded in a nurse working at the infectious diseases hospital. Armenpress reports that this was written on his social media page by the RA Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan.
“Of the 115 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease, one has been recorded in a nurse who carried out her professional mission at the infectious diseases hospital. She was immediately transferred to the hospital, her condition is assessed as satisfactory, she does not have pneumonia. I wish her health,” Torosyan wrote.
He added that these days healthcare workers are working under extreme overload, often finding themselves in risky situations. They are considered one of the most vulnerable groups for infection. The Minister asked to respect their work and to stay home.
