There are one or two points where Armenian forces are in border areas. This was stated during a press conference by the European Union Ambassador to Armenia, Andrea Wiktorin.
“I hope that both sides will withdraw their forces and everyone will proceed to the work of delimitation and demarcation. It has been clearly stated that there are one or two points where Armenian forces are, say, in border areas, and a very clear delimitation and demarcation is needed. That was the Brussels formulation,” Wiktorin noted.
As for which sections are being referred to, Wiktorin did not clarify, saying that he is not familiar with the details and had heard about this from the negotiations.
