Astvatsatur Petrosyan, president of the “Eagle-Martyrs’ Union” public organization, hero of the Artsakh liberation war, former deputy director of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, and major general, has died.
“Pap jan, you left us alone, you went away, I don’t know the path of life without you,” wrote Astvatsatur Petrosyan’s son, Sipan Petrosyan, on his Facebook page.
