Turkey’s Constitutional Court has rejected the appeal by Hrant Dink’s lawyers against the court’s decision to drop charges against certain state officials in the murder case of Dink.
As reported by the Armenian “Agos” of Constantinople, Dink’s lawyers had applied to the Constitutional Court back in 2016 against the dropping of charges by the court against state officials Ergun Güngeör, Veli Küçük and Kemal Kerinçsiz in the murder case of Hrant Dink.
The Constitutional Court likewise rejected the appeal of Dink’s lawyers, stressing that the judicial process is still ongoing.
Dink’s lawyers intend to take the case to the European Court of Human Rights.
