The delegation headed by Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has arrived in Syria.
As reported by the correspondent of Armenpress, at Damascus airport the RA Foreign Minister was welcomed by Syria’s Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad.
A private meeting was held between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Syria.
Ararat Mirzoyan will also meet with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in Damascus, after which he will leave for Aleppo.
Mirzoyan has arrived in Syria to deliver the third batch of humanitarian aid following the devastating earthquake.
