As a result of Azerbaijan’s blockade of the road connecting Artsakh with Armenia and the interruption of gas supply, a shortage of gasoline, fuel, liquid and compressed gas has arisen in the Republic of Artsakh. We learn this from the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
To prevent a fuel crisis, the government of the Republic of Artsakh has reached an agreement with economic operators to switch to an austerity regime.
At filling stations, fuel will be provided on a priority basis to emergency services, public transportation and special services.
Additional information about the mechanisms and procedures for fuel distribution will be provided to the public.
Citizens are urged to use fuel sparingly and to use vehicles only in cases of extreme necessity.
