The US House of Representatives has adopted a legislative amendment bill proposed by Tony Cárdenas, Adam Schiff, and Brad Sherman, which demands that Azerbaijan release all Armenian prisoners of war.
In addition, the Cárdenas-Schiff-Sherman amendment bill calls for a report on war crimes committed by Azerbaijan, including the use of prohibited munitions and white phosphorus against Armenian civilians.
The bill also calls for an investigation into the use of American technology in Turkish drones, which were used during the 2020 Artsakh war to target the Armenian population.
