In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 27 August, a total of 43,270 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 36,988 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
At this moment, 5,153 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 200,507 tests have been conducted.
Thus, we have 203 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 262 recoveries.
Three new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 864).
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia reported that the deceased patients were aged 75 (female), 98 (female) and 80 (female). They had accompanying chronic diseases.
One more case was recorded in which patients tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but death resulted from another disease. The total number of such cases is 265.
