In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 13 August, a total of 41,023 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 33,897 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
At this moment, 6,079 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 180,497 tests have been conducted.
Thus, we have 229 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 405 recoveries.
Three new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 809).
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia reported that the deceased patients were an 88-year-old man and women aged 77 and 68. All had accompanying chronic diseases.
Four more cases have been recorded in which patients tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but death occurred due to another disease. The total number of such cases is 238.
