In Stepanakert shelters, civilians face numerous daily problems, from organizing food to beds: Anna Hakobyan

First Lady Anna Hakobyan, currently in Stepanakert, has visited the shelters. “The Stepanakert municipality has taken on the matter of installing beds in this shelter. The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations will also deal with the issue of providing food for people in the shelters. As for the psychological state, the mothers, women and sisters in the shelters, as well as the elderly, were indeed emotional, but they were strong and firm,” Anna Hakobyan wrote on her Facebook page.
