Number of Coronavirus Patients in Armenia Reaches 39,819

In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 6 August, a total of 39,819 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 31,556 have recovered. This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health. At this time, 7,263 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 171,600 tests have been conducted. Thus, we have 233 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 706 recovered patients. Two new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 772). In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 6 August, a total of 39,819 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 31,556 have recovered.

This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.

At this time, 7,263 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 171,600 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have 233 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 706 recovered patients.

Two new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 772).

The RA Ministry of Health reported that the deceased patients were a 62-year-old man and an 82-year-old woman. Both had accompanying chronic diseases.
