Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev on the occasion of his birthday. This was reported by the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
The message reads as follows:
