Statement on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak

Addressing the alarming pandemic caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) that has spread globally in recent weeks, the Central Board of the ADL urges all its chapters worldwide and, in general, the entire Armenian people to closely follow the developments in the spread of this infection, while fully respecting the preventive recommendations of the relevant responsible authorities in various countries. As is already being announced everywhere, it is necessary to avoid crowded gatherings and events. In the meantime, for purposes of daily communication, online and telephone means should be used whenever possible. With a high sense of responsibility, we must put

Addressing the alarming pandemic caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) that has spread globally in recent weeks, the Central Board of the ADL urges all its chapters worldwide and, in general, the entire Armenian people to closely follow the developments in the spread of this infection, while fully respecting the preventive recommendations of the relevant responsible authorities in various countries.

As is already being announced everywhere, it is necessary to avoid crowded gatherings and events. In the meantime, for purposes of daily communication, online and telephone means should be used whenever possible.

With a high sense of responsibility, we must put our civic service into action, to the extent possible, in order to halt the spread of the aforementioned terrible disease in the various diaspora communities around the world and in the territory of the Mother Fatherland.
