The rock band System of a Down has released two new songs after a 15-year hiatus, dedicated to Artsakh. “Protect The Land” and “Genocidal Humanoidz” — these are the names of the songs, which Serj Tankian has published on his social media page.
“The rotten regimes of Aliyev and Erdogan not only want to declare Artsakh and Armenia their own, but also carry out genocidal acts against humanity with impunity. They rely on the fact that the world is busy enough with the ‘Corona’ virus pandemic, elections and civil disobedience to respond to their atrocities,” wrote Tankian.
The songs can be purchased here. The proceeds will go to aid those affected by the war.
