On November 25, at 18:50 local time, the 24th Telethon will launch on Public Television under the title “Vibrant Border Communities.” The Hayastan All-Armenian Foundation announces that, unlike previous years, this year’s Telethon will take place in a new format — in the form of an accountability film — during which the Foundation’s team will present the extensive programs implemented in 2020-21 in Armenia and Artsakh.
The year 2020 was full of numerous challenges and upheavals for the entire Armenian nation — the Corona pandemic, the Tavush clashes, the Beirut explosion, and finally the heavy 44-day war. In that regard, the year was also exceptional and unprecedented in terms of the unity of the Armenian people.
It is thanks to the efforts of its worldwide partners and donors that the Foundation has been able, for years, to implement large-scale programs of strategic importance in both Armenia and Artsakh.
The Telethon will also be broadcast live on the Public Television website — www.H1TV.am — and will later be aired via satellite. After November 25, it will also be available on the Foundation’s website — www.himnadram.org:
Remaining faithful to traditions, the 24th Telethon will also take place in Los Angeles, at 16:00 local time.
