The authoritative “Forbes” magazine has published the 2022 list of Russian billionaires. The list, comprising 88 billionaires, is headed by Russian businessman Vladimir Lisin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Novolipetsk Steel” company, whose fortune is estimated at 18.4 billion dollars.
The third position is occupied by Pavel Durov, founder of the Russian “Telegram” platform, with a fortune of 15.1 billion dollars.
Forbes’ published list also includes Armenian-born businessmen: Sergey Galitsky (Harutyunyan), Andrey Andreyev (Ohanjanyants), Samvel Karapetyan.
Sergey Galitsky is in the 32nd position on the list. His fortune this year amounts to 3.2 billion dollars. Compared to the previous year, the businessman has lost 300 million dollars.
Private investor Andrey Andreyev, with a fortune of 2 billion, is in the 42nd position. Compared to the previous year, his fortune has increased by 100 million dollars.
Samvel Karapetyan, owner of the “Tashir” group of companies, occupies the 82nd position. His fortune is estimated at 1.1 billion dollars. Compared to the previous year, Karapetyan has lost 2.2 billion dollars.
