Forbes has published a piece about Yerevan, presenting it as a treasure for those who love to drink and eat.
“Yerevan is a very safe, friendly, lively city with attractive architecture and a rich history. It is also called the ‘pink city’ because of the buildings constructed from tufa,” writes the magazine.
Author Tom Mullen recommends visiting places where one can stroll, eat well and drink… He speaks of the Cascade with its uniqueness, museum and diverse exhibitions, as well as the Opera Square and the singing fountains of Republic Square.
At the same time, the author recommends restaurants and venues, introducing local wine brands and their producers. Mullen also advises visiting Saryan Street, where there are numerous places to drink wine, and where the famous wine days take place every year. Details here.
