Ahead of the Armenian Genocide Anniversary, a Protest March Took Place in Jerusalem

«We walk for justice». On April 20, a protest march dedicated to the 107th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide took place in Jerusalem. This was announced by the Chancellor of the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem, Archimandrite Koryun Hovnan. The participants of the march carried banners reading «We walk for justice» and flags of the Republic of Armenia. The march began from the Cathedral of St. James in Jerusalem towards the Church of St. Gregory the Illuminator, where the intercession service for the holy martyrs of the Armenian Genocide was held. Archimandrite Koryun Hovnan also published photographs. On April 24, a protest demonstration is also planned in Jerusalem in front of the Turkish Consulate, and on April 25 a march will take place towards the Armenian Genocide memorial.
