Around 770 Armenians Return to Their Homes in Nagorno-Karabakh in a Single Day

Russian peacekeepers have escorted the latest convoy of Artsakh residents returning from the territory of the Republic of Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defence. In a single day, 778 people departed from Yerevan to Stepanakert by bus. The buses were transported under the escort of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and military police patrols. The Russian peacekeepers are conducting round-the-clock observation and control of the situation regarding the maintenance of the ceasefire regime from twenty-four observation posts. In total, around 34,500 evacuees have returned to their permanent places of residence in Nagorno-Karabakh.
