Communiqué of the ADL Lebanon Regional Board
The Armenian Democratic Liberal Party’s Lebanon Regional Board had confirmed in its communiqué dated 5 April 2022 that it would support the candidates of the Armenian national parties. Faithful to its promise, the ADL fulfilled its duty, and three of those candidates were elected as members of the Lebanese Parliament.
On this occasion, the ADL Lebanon Regional Board congratulates the candidates it supported and who were elected to the Lebanese Parliament, and who will represent the Lebanese-Armenian community in the new Parliament. These candidates are: Hagop Terzian from Beirut’s first electoral district, Hagop Pakradounian from the Metn district of Mount Lebanon, and George Boujikian from the Bekaa district. We are hopeful that the aforementioned deputies will represent the Lebanese-Armenian community well, and we are confident that they will provide a positive impetus to the work of Parliament.
The Armenian Democratic Liberal Party’s Lebanon Regional Board will cooperate with the elected deputies for the glory of our community and beloved Lebanon. The Party wishes the aforementioned elected deputies success in their forthcoming activities.
