The City Council of Fowler, California has unanimously condemned Azerbaijan’s attack against Artsakh, recognized Artsakh’s right to self-determination and independence, and called on the President of the United States and Congress to join them in supporting Artsakh’s freedom.
The declaration adopted by the council was presented by Fowler City Council member Karnik Ghazaryan, who stated: “During the ongoing genocidal war against ethnic Armenians, the city of Fowler stands by Artsakh.”
