-Love thy fatherland independently of its form of government; regimes are transient, while the fatherland is permanent:
-Guard thyself against the allurements and temptations of adventurism, whether thou art on thy ancestral soil or under foreign skies:
-Cling to thy national sacred values and causes, even if turbulent men and circumstances have uprooted thee from thy fatherland:
-Organize thy collective life on democratic principles wherever thou mayest be:
-Cherish free and responsible thought, which is the source of humanity’s well-being and progress:
-Consider thy party a means to wholehearted service and not an end:
