Hungarian airline Wizz Air will operate low-cost flights from Yerevan to Vienna and Vilnius starting in April 2020.
“Flights will be twice a week. Prices start at €24.99. You can already make online bookings. These two routes will add approximately 63,000 seats to the airport’s capacity,” said Andras Rado, the company’s corporate communications manager, today in Yerevan.
Wizz Air operates flights with Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft.
“We operate point-to-point flights; we do not offer connecting flights,” Rado elaborated.
The Wizz Air representative stressed that tickets are sold only online.
“Online bookings can be made or you can use our mobile applications, and payment is made only for the services you wish to use. If you do not need baggage or food, you do not pay for them,” he said.
