Arsen Harutyunyan, a member of Armenia’s freestyle wrestling team, has become the champion of the U23 World Championships.
In the final of the 61 kg weight category at the World Championships being held in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, Harutyunyan competed and prevailed over Russia’s Artur Chebortaev with a score of 11:7.
The previous day, from the Armenian team, Vazgen Tevanyan had won silver at the U23 World Championships, while Manvel Khndzrtsyan and Arman Avagyan had earned bronze medals.
