Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliev has announced that he is ready to negotiate in Moscow with Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan without any preconditions. This was reported by Interfax.
The President of Azerbaijan stressed that he has not received an invitation to hold negotiations in Moscow, but should he receive one, he would respond positively. He noted that he is ready to travel to Moscow and negotiate with Armenia’s Prime Minister without any preconditions.
