“Armenia is trying to exploit the negotiation process.” This accusation was made by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ayhan Hajizadeh, head of the press service of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that Yerevan “is trying to mislead the international community by presenting itself as the constructive side.”
“As is known, it was the Armenian side that, violating the agreed course of the negotiation process on the peace treaty, refused to participate in the negotiations last December. However, now, instead of returning to the negotiations, the Armenian side is trying to artificially impede them,” he said.
