The European Union welcomes the start of negotiations aimed at regulating Armenian-Turkish relations. This was stated by the EU representative in the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar. “I welcome the news of the upcoming meeting between the representatives of Armenia and Turkey in Moscow. The regulation of relations and the opening of communications is an important issue that the EU fully supports,” Klaar wrote on his Twitter page.
