Today, November 21, Phoneton 2019 has launched in France. “Ramgavar Mamoul” was informed of this by Vazgen Eskijian, chairman of the ADL Regional Board of France and member of the ADL Central Board, who is participating in these efforts in Lyon.
Eskijian also reported that within the first hours of the Phoneton’s launch in Lyon, 317,700 € has already been collected. The efforts are being carried out at the AGBU center in Lyon, where over the course of 4 days, calls will be made to 57,000 Armenian families.
In Paris, Lyon and Marseille, the Phoneton will continue for four consecutive days, until November 24, with numerous calls to be made to Franco-Armenian families, encouraging them to contribute to the programs planned for the coming year by the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund.
It should be noted that the funds raised by the Phoneton will be directed to programs to be implemented in Armenia and Artsakh in 2020.
