Number of Coronavirus Cases in Georgia Shows Increase

A fourth case of coronavirus infection has been recorded in Georgia. This was reported by Interfax, citing Amiran Gamkrelidze, the director general of Georgia’s Center for Disease Control. As noted, the patient returned to the country from Italy on 1 March. Earlier, Georgian media had reported that around 40 people suspected of coronavirus infection were in hospitals.
