Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu held negotiations with Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan and Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov. During the phone conversations, he called for the full implementation of the ceasefire commitments undertaken by the parties in Moscow. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“During the negotiations, Sergei Shoigu called on his counterparts to fully fulfill the commitments of the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides, in accordance with the agreements reached in Moscow on October 10,” the statement said.
