The leader of Turkey’s Nationalist Movement Party, Devlet Bahçeli, has made a statement regarding Garo Paylan.
Referring to Garo Paylan’s submission to parliament of a bill recognizing the Armenian Genocide, Bahçeli said that Garo Paylan should either declare that Turkey’s parliament is not his parliament, or the leadership of Turkey’s parliament should expel him from parliament.
“Let him go wherever he wants, let him have contact with whatever Armenian diaspora he wants. I advise him to go to America,” Devlet Bahçeli said.
