UN Secretary-General Calls for Easter Truce in Ukraine

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has called for a four-day “Easter truce” in Ukraine beginning April 21. Guterres also proposed opening new humanitarian corridors to evacuate civilians from zones of military operations. Earlier, Pope Francis of Rome had also called for an Easter truce in Ukraine.
