The Guardian’s correspondent has reported that she spoke with Syrian mercenaries located in Karabakh. Bethan McKernan wrote on her Twitter page that she had made contact with a Syrian mercenary in Nagorno-Karabakh, who confirmed that on 24 September he arrived in Azerbaijan together with 1,000 members of Syrian armed groups receiving support from Turkey.
Some of them, according to this person, were sent to the front line, and 10 people have already died.
