Twenty-one members of Spain’s Congress and 15 senators have issued a joint statement condemning the Turkish-Azerbaijani attack on Armenia and Artsakh.
“We call on the international community to recognize the right of the people of Artsakh to self-determination, with the aim of ensuring the right of Artsakh’s citizens to a peaceful life,” the statement said. This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in Spain.
