Sending an observation mission from Europe to the Armenian-Azerbaijani border could “hinder the normalization process.” As reported by APA, this was stated by Parliament Speaker Sahiba Gafarova during a session of the Milli Majlis (Parliament).
Sahiba Gafarova noted that she had also stated her position regarding the deployment of the European Union observation mission in Armenia on the border with Azerbaijan during meetings held in Russia.
Let us recall that the question of sending a European Union mission arose in September 2022, following Azerbaijan’s attack against Armenia.
