Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has stated that Baku has not yet received a response from Armenia regarding the proposal to sign a peace treaty and begin the process of delimiting the state border.
As reported by Minval.az, Bayramov made such a statement during a joint press briefing with the Foreign Minister of Serbia.
“Azerbaijan has put forward a number of proposals. It also concerns the resolution of the issue of an open border with Armenia, by starting discussions on delimitation. In addition, it also concerns the proposal that the President of Azerbaijan has spoken about on numerous occasions, namely Baku’s readiness to sign a peace treaty with Armenia. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response from Armenia regarding those proposals,” the Azerbaijani minister said.
