If anyone wishes to interfere from outside in the situation in Ukraine and create a strategic threat, then the strikes will be lightning-fast, stated Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Council of Legislators.
“All decisions on this matter have been made,” said Putin, and emphasized that the country has all the tools for that, which no one can boast of at present.
“But we will not boast; if necessary, we will use them. And I want everyone to know about that,” said the Russian President.
In addition, the Russian leader assured that all tasks of the special operation in Ukraine are being carried out unconditionally, in order to guarantee peace and security for the people of Russia and Donbas in the historical perspective.
