Despite the existence of a memorandum of understanding, there is no progress with the Iranian side on the development of the “Zangezur Corridor.” This was stated by Ayhan Hajizadeh, head of the press service of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during a briefing with journalists.
“Undoubtedly, the presence of these negative undertones in bilateral relations also affects other areas, including transport and economic issues,” said the representative of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
