The 18 Leopard-2 tanks sent by Germany as support have arrived in Ukraine.

Germany had agreed back in January to supply the tanks, which are considered among the best in the Western arsenal. According to Kyiv, the delivery of heavy weaponry could play a decisive role in the fight against Russia, but Moscow considers it a dangerous provocation.
According to the news agency’s source, in addition to those 18 tanks, 40 German Marder infantry fighting vehicles and 2 armoured vehicles have also arrived in Ukraine.
It was noted that the 3 Leopard tanks donated by Portugal have also arrived in Ukraine.
