Former Vice President of the United States Joe Biden has sent a letter to the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), stating that the United States must once and for all affirm its position regarding the Armenian Genocide.

According to “Armenpress,” this is reported by the official website of the ANCA.

“The United States must once and for all express its position regarding the Armenian Genocide. We must never forget or remain silent about the terrible reality that led to the deaths of 1.5 million Armenian men, women and children and the mass displacement of 2 million Armenians from their homes. If we do not fully recognize it, remember it and pass it on to our children, the words ‘never again’ will lose their meaning. The inability to remember and acknowledge the fact of the genocide only opens new paths for future mass atrocities,” Biden wrote.

The former U.S. vice president and senator Joe Biden has consistently expressed his position regarding the fact of the Armenian Genocide.
