Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk Vote in Favour of Joining Russia

According to the results of the 100 percent count of votes in the referendum held in Ukraine’s Kherson province, 87.05 percent of voters voted in favour of joining the Russian Federation, the provincial electoral commission announced. TASS reports. 93.11 percent of voters supported the entry of the Zaporizhzhia region into Russia. In the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic, 98.42 percent voted in favour. In the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, after the count of 56.85 percent of the votes, 94.75 percent are in favour of joining the Russian Federation.
