An earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale was felt in the Antakya region of Turkey.
News sources report that as a result of the earthquake, particularly in Turkey’s southeastern Hatay region, dozens of buildings have collapsed.
Three people were killed and 213 injured as a result of the earthquake. This was announced by the head of the republic’s Ministry of Interior, Suleyman Soylu, CNN Turk reports.
The earthquake was also felt in Syria and Lebanon.
