There will be no changes in Russia’s foreign policy following the change of government. As reported by Gazeta.ru, this was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
He noted that Russia’s foreign policy is determined by the president, and therefore the foreign policy course will be maintained after the change of government.
Ryabkov also emphasized that Russia’s foreign policy is aimed at strengthening Russia’s position in the world. According to the deputy minister, it enjoys significant authority in the international arena.
