Within the framework of the European Heritage Days, from October 17-24, an exhibition titled “Armenia-France: Cultural Dialogue” will take place in the reopened foyers of the “Arno Babajanyan” Concert Hall.
Art lovers will be presented with the graphic works of world-renowned French-Armenian painters Garzu (Garnik Zulunyan) and Jansem (Hovhannes Semerjian).
The official opening of the exhibition will take place on October 17. The “Cadence” ensemble will participate with a performance at the opening of the exhibition.
During the evening, works by Charles Aznavour, Georges Garvarentz, Michel Legrand, Aram Khachatryan, Arno Babajanyan, Richard Galliano, Astor Piazzolla and other composers will be performed.
The closing of the exhibition will be followed by performances by the Ghazaros Saryan String Quartet and Lilit Zakaryan (piano).
The project is implemented with the cooperation of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, the Embassy of France in Armenia and the Museum of Modern Art of Yerevan.
