Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov received the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement, Igor Popov (Russia), Stéphane Visconti (France), Andrew Schofer (USA), as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk. The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement on this.
“During the consultations, the situation unfolding around Nagorno-Karabakh following the statement adopted on 9 November by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the President of the Russian Federation on the complete cessation of fire and all military operations was discussed,” the statement said.
The Russian Foreign Ministry reports that during the meeting, issues of further mediating coordination among the three countries were discussed.
